Our objective is to become better versed (by recognizing and learning terminology) for AV equipment commonly used at events. In addition, this will be an opportunity for us to familiarize ourselves with décor, props, furniture, etc. that Scott has available to rent.Scott Evans from Evans Audio Visual has generously agreed to give the ISES Indiana CSEP Study Group a tour of his warehouses on Wed, 11/14 at 9 AM instead of the regular Panera in Glendale location.
We will meet at his main warehouse at 5305 Commerce Square Drive, 46237 – near Southport Road and Stop 11. Scott has an another warehouse about 10 minutes away where his furniture pieces are stored, so our meeting could last up to two hours. We feel this will be beneficial for all of us, and in a variety of ways. I hope we have strong attendance to show our appreciation to Scott for donating his time and knowledge.
